Cancellations

Please tell us a day ahead if you cannot come, so someone else can have the time. Ask the front desk about our late-cancellation policy when you book; you see it in writing first.

Clean needles

We use sterile, single-use needles, open them in front of you and put them in a sharps container after one use. Your acupuncturist explains the risks before the first needle. Needles can cause soreness, light bleeding or bruising and, rarely, more serious problems.

Billing

Our billing manager checks what your plan or claim covers before your first visit. If you pay yourself you get a written estimate in advance. Your plan or carrier makes the final decision on any claim.

Access

Tell us what you need: a lower table, a visit without scents or extra time. We plan the visit with you before you arrive.

Your records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.
