Your acupuncturist tells you which they plan before you begin, and you can say no to any of it.
Acupuncture
Thin, single-use needles at points chosen after you talk. The first visit runs about 60 minutes.

Needles joined to a small device that sends a gentle current. Not used if you have a pacemaker.

Glass cups set on the back or shoulders for a few minutes. Round marks are common and fade.
